Mats are made of a chemically resistant polymer that can be used with typical HPLC organic solvents. Designed and molded to seal up to 96 each 500ul or 1ml Inserts in the U-2D Micro-Sample Management System. These mats are Pre-Slit and have alphanumeric markings on the top side of the mats, along the edges for identification of the Inserts.

They are solvent resistant (including DMSO, Ethanol, and Isopropanol), and suitable for UV irradiation and Gamma iIrradiation. 6N required for piercing. The temperature range is −20°C to +55°C.
